About Us
Our founders and instructors have 15+ years creating, managing and coaching the most popular and competitive youth chess clubs in the Tri-Valley.
Our Dublin-based non-profit teaches chess to more than 300 kids of all levels, from beginners to highly-rated US Chess tournament competitors.
We also hold popular, affordable monthly USCF-rated tournaments for all levels of scholastic and adult players, with both trophies AND cash prizes!

Summer Camp & Classes 2025
We are offering three week-long, half-day youth summer camps around the Tri-Valley. These feature small group classes taught by experienced, engaging instructors. We will also hold USCF-rated tournaments, play fun variants like bughouse and blitz, and award trophies to the top finishers. See the locations and dates convenient to you!
We are also continuing our weekly Sunday AM classes and Tuesday lunchtime classes in Pleasanton, as well as offering 1:1 lessons with GM Enrico Sevillano and other popular coaches!
Calling all 19+ adults! Our new 'Good Vibes, Bad Chess' Nights take place every Thursday night this summer starting June 5th. They are open to players of all levels to meet and compete for fun and small prizes! Free entry fee for June. Learn more!
